Morjim
beach also called Russian Beach (because of its popularity with small
parties of Russian tourists) is of the quietest beaches in north
Goa. A long and dune wide, palm-fringed beach with
added attraction of being one of the few places where sea turtles nest
in Goa. Several beach shack restaurant serve fresh seefood. There
is a number of small hotels and budget accommodation on the north part
of the beach.
Good swimming with gradually shelving bottom. No bottom rocks.
